I would suggest that you check out some of the materials that I listed on the meditation webography.  I suspect that there are several authors who have written about the scientific explanation of meditation's benefits.

		<description>I meditate sometimes.Due to busy schedule of profession many a times even if I have a strong desire to meditate it is not possible for me many times.A strange thing happens to me when I meditate.Electric current like wave starts from my anal region &amp; goes towards the brain.I feel very energetic &amp; fresh afterwards.The whole day engagement will not bringe any tiredness after that.Is it good?
