On this site we post suggestions, comments and commendations to the library along with responses from library staff. There are two ways to submit a suggestion or comment: contact us online or drop a note in the suggestion box located on the ground floor of the library next to the public phone.

Tell us how we are doing; make suggestions regarding library materials, programs and services. Responses are posted here and on the bulletin board next to the suggestion box in the library within 5 working days. Responses are written by Assistant Library Director Deb Fasulo in consultation with other library staff members.

The Waltham Public Library mission is to provide the city’s multi-ethnic, economically diverse population with the print, non-print, electronic and human resources necessary to meet patrons’ primary informational, recreational and educational library needs.
